Policies

Returns and refunds. Every item is custom made, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order is defective or doesn’t match the proof you approved, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and we’ll reprint or refund the affected items.

Cancellations. You can cancel before you approve your digital proof. Once a proof is approved and production begins, orders can’t be canceled.

Payment questions and disputes. Email [email protected] first, and we’ll respond within 3 business days.

Artwork. You confirm that you own or have permission to use any artwork you send us. We don’t print unlicensed logos, team marks, or brand names.

Turnaround. Production takes about 4-5 business days after proof approval and payment
